Present Value Mixed Stream
Use this template to calculate the present value of a stream of unequal cash flows. A mixed stream of cash flows shows no particular pattern. You need to enter a period discount rate (%) for each stream of cash flows. The periodic discount rate is similar to an interest rate in that it represents an annual rate. To view the template, click the worksheet tab labeled Template at the bottom of the screen or press Ctrl-PgDn. With the exception of data entry cells, all cells are protected. Use the Tab key to move from one unprotected cell to the next.
